• Working method
• As a general rule, we structure these as a workshop and operate in a process-oriented manner. This means that:

• the participants contribute their personal experiences
• they address their subjects personally and in the group
• I establish the structures in such a way that the personal processes and group processes are taken into account

• For this reason, participants are obliged to attend the entire course.
• As a general rule, courses are restricted to a maximum of 12 to 15 participants.
